History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
