History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carpenter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against giants

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
