History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Theodoric was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Courier. His tied-back hair is brown. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the east to a Courier, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tanner. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
