Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Gilbert was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
