Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
