History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A freak accident while working with his Servant mother left him crippled. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Bernard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears just a pastel suit. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He bought a dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like him out of the picture
