History: He was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
