Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of a Junk Dealer, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
