History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his music dream.
