History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hunter embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: Kyle hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and seeks redemption

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears bulky blue painted plate armor. His hair is brown and very short. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Randal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
