Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.
