Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His ears are large.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: This southern man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his dagger with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Manfred was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Glassblower. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his mace, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is greedy

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Roland was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Roland decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
