History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'5" and dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His tied-back hair is white. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a Adventurer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
