History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again.
