Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gilbert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gilbert. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This southern man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly bows and ceremonial daggers. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Chad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
