History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
