Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
