Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born in the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
