History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'6" and wears a black tunic with white highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and human compassion

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He carries with him a set of sais, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Hunter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.
