History: Bertram was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear flannel. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
