History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
