History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
