Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's repulsed by the pc
