History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.
