Gerard Kimberley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
Ideals: Optimist, Entrepeneur, Logical. Flaws: Depressed. Bonds: Job. Occupation: Scribe

Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter
Ideals: Optimist, Gifted. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Family. Occupation: Barkeep
Voice: Dark and ominous

Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his red hair up. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 52. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was born in the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and to be a baker again
Flaws: Insane. Bonds: Rich, Immigrant, Attractive, Enemies, Job. Occupation: Scribe

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
