History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Miles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Ernest speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and regain custody of his daughter

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mayor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
