One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His childhood dream was to be a Armorer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.
