Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Godfrey was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off his debts.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: William is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
