History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
