Description: He is lean but muscular and wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Percival was born with his mother's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: He's in love; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He usually wears his white robe and has his shield always slung over his shoulder. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He was born in the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. John took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Anselm hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born in a small island village. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
