He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and money/treasure

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Locksmith. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again.

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and red robe with the hood down. He is an epitome of beauty. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and revenge

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
