Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.
