Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
