History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Simon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Simon decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. William's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
