His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Jocelyn Graham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He carries with him a set of whips on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously.
