Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He likes to wear yellow tank tops with brown pants. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Don embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Don is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and human compassion

Description: This younger middle-aged man very much looks the part of a Ruler, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
