Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Raymond wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
