History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

Personality: Hugh speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
