History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Alex took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now.
