Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
