History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Frederick's homeland. Frederick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Miles was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
