He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Being a Actor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he usually wears his brown robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
