History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a brown shirt, with a red mid length shorts with red tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Richard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
