He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Armorer, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Hunter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hunter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gunter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gunter. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
