Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Balimaar reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
