Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Clerebold has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Sailor. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is baby faced.
Personality: Gerald is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This malnourished man wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His silver hair is lengthy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Kody reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Interpreter and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He has green eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, grey shirt, and red tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. He wears his red hair down. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and wants to open a new tavern
