Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nicholas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has no hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears grey trousers with blue and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has no hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Bowyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This northern man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is lengthy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Clerebold's homeland. Clerebold decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Clerebold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.
