He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He takes great joy in being the best Stylist in town.

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he has money and likes to spend it
