Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a green coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His ears are large.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Dyer. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears long strands of amethyst and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are green.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Stableman and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
