Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
